I rented the cutest yukata and the customer service was impeccable! They did our hair and dressed us up beautifully, all the staff is very kind

初めて利用しましたが、店員さんが皆さん笑顔でこちらが気持ちよく着物を着て出かけられるような丁寧な対応でした。 着物の柄と帯の組み合わせも親身になって相談にのっていただき、いい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございました??

週末でとても混んでいて着付けまでに待つことはありましたが、出発予定時間にはきっちり間に合い、非常にスピーディーにやって下さったのに夜まで着崩れせずに過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフの方も予約時から着付け当日までお忙しいであろう中丁寧に接してくださりとてもいい思い出を作ることができました。 また着物を着る機会があればここにお願いしようとおもいます。

We had a great experience renting a kimono here! The staff was very friendly, gave us lots of beautiful options, and did a great job on my daughter’s hair. They even include the r shoes and socks to go with it. The shop is conveniently located close to the train station and just 2 stops from Osaka castle. I highly recommend!
