For location photo plans, your reservation will be completed once we contact you to confirm your reservation.

14 days to 3 days before →30% of the reservation fee
2 days ago, the day before →50% of the reservation fee

We will accept date changes free of charge, however, if the change is made at the last minute, we may not be able to secure a photographer.
In that case, we regret that you may not be able to use location photos.

If the date is changed from a weekday to a weekend or holiday, an additional 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your desired date and time depending on the reservation situation.
We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters or other reasons that we determine to be unavoidable.
Please note that any absences due to illness or injury will be considered as being due to customer reasons.
If you are exempt from liability, please include the reason for cancellation in your email.

Common uses of photos

Notes and other information

Please note that any additional costs such as the photographer's transportation costs, admission fees, facility usage fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.
Travel time is included in the shooting time.
Photos will be delivered in digital download format.
No photo editing (retouching) is done.
Location shooting may be canceled due to weather conditions.
The photos will be selected by VASARA.
We will deliver the product after correcting the color.
Location changes will be accepted up until 12:00 two days prior to the shoot.

For location photo plans, your reservation will be completed once we contact you to confirm your reservation.
If you arrive late for your reservation, we will not be able to change or extend the photo shoot time. Thank you for your understanding.
After delivery, we will not accept any artistic complaints, requests for reshooting, or requests for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Please obtain permission to take photos at the shooting locations by yourself. (Our company cannot obtain permission to take photos.)
If you wish to extend the shooting time, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the photographer's schedule.
You cannot specify the photographer.
We will select the most suitable photo to be delivered. Please note that we cannot change the photo.
We do not perform retouching such as skin editing or face slimming.
