キャンセルを希望される場合は、

万が一アクセスできない場合はメール(info@vasara-h.co.jp)まで“キャンセル希望”と記入の上お送りください。
以下に従い、キャンセル料が発生しますので申し込み前に必ずご確認ください。Formal dress plan (Visiting kimono, Shichigosan, Hakama, Furisode, Baby clothes)
- 14 days to 3 days in advance: 30% of the reservation fee
- 2 days or the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
- On the day → 100% of the reservation fee
Town wear plan (small pattern/yukata)
- 2 days or the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
- On the day → 100% of the reservation fee
- If you cancel after changing the date, we will consider it a same-day cancellation.
- If the reservation date passes without any contact,
Cancellations on the day will be accepted. - Cancellation fees are to be paid by bank transfer.
