Everything was excellent and the staff was really nice

This was a wonderful little boutique. With limited English they were able to understand and make it work so well. So much attention to detail. But every pretty thing was an add on to the base price that made it hard to choose and decide what you wanted.

Had the most amazing experience with the Japanese ladies getting ready in the morning they fitted you in a Kimono of your choice, followed by an elegant hairstyle with very Kawaii hair accessories I felt like a Japanese Princess , got to spend the day in this beautiful Kimono and got so many compliments every where I went , Thankyou for making me feel elegant and amazing ??

If you are looking for a basic kimono package, please avoid this store. Their advertisement is very misleading as you will end up paying a lot more. 1. Their basic kimonos are very unattractive compared to other stores. 2. There are additional charges for different type of hairdo, hair ornaments....therefore it is not a straightforward 'basic package'. 3. They even charge for a simple lace handbags which are provided by other stores in the 'basic package'. 4. You will be told to sign a consent form, an unpleasant experience as they don't trust their customers. This consent form is not required at other stores I rented from before. 5. You are also required to buy 'insurance', in case you drop a flower from your hairdo eg. This is also not required when I rent from other stores. 6. The lady who did my hair have not much skill. Very misleading compared to the pictures posted from their website. 7. The lady at the cashier was not very friendly when she was explaining the amount I need to pay. I did not feel the genuine warmth from the staff. However, to be fair, noone was rude either. I will not return to this store again.

10月8日に嫁さんが振袖街着プランでお世話になりました。 大変手際良く着付けしていただきました。 現在はバンコクに住んでますが京都には良く来ますのでまたお世話になりたいと思いました。

숙소 인근에 있는 곳을 찾았는데 만족도가 정말 높아요:) 아이랑 엄마 모시고 갔는데 아이랑도 잘 놀아주시고 친절하셨어요:) 감사합니다

The staffs are friendly. I booked via Klook for standard set up. End up decided to add extra 550 for the nicer inner with embroidery flower and 1100 for one star hair set up. Total cost around 6500 jpy.
