great service and options!

良かったです

There were not a lot of choices for the “regular” kimonos. All other ones required additional charge. When we tried walking out the store to see other kimono rental stores, a lady told us that we’d have to pay a \3000 cancellation fee for the reservation we made 5 mins prior to entering the store. Eventually they let us go without paying the fee but it was still not the best experience.

着付けも髪の毛のセットも早かった。すごく丁寧な人が多くて優しい人もたくさんいて話しやすかったです。

オススメをたくさん教えてもらい、自分に合った可愛い浴衣を着ることができた！

娘が可愛く仕上げてもらいました。
