• Can I use it on the day?

  If there is availability, you can make a reservation on the day. You can make a reservation up to 30 minutes before your arrival time using the reservation form on our official website.
  Please rest assured that if you need to use the service at the last minute, we will contact you by phone.

• Please tell me the size of the kimono

  The kimono sizes available at our store are as follows:
  ・Women 150~175cm
  ・Men: 160-185cm
  ・Children: 100-135cm
  
  This is just a guideline, so you can wear it even if it is slightly different or larger.
  If the B/W/H is up to 100cm, you can wear it without worrying about it coming undone.
  
  For footwear, we offer free size for women (ML size) and sizes for men (26-30cm).
  The tabi socks are sock-type and come in one size fits all.

• Can I add options on the day?

  Options can be added on the day of your visit without prior reservation.
  Please come and see the items in person and choose the one you like best on the day.
  If you have paid in advance, please pay only the difference in price before departure on the day of your trip.

• Is it possible to cross-dress?

  Yes, it is possible.
  The price of the kimono rental plan will be applied regardless of the wearer's physical gender.
  
  If you choose the women's kimono plan, you can also use the hair styling option for both your natural hair and wigs, so please rest assured.
  If you have any special circumstances, we will do our best to assist you.

• Is there an online kimono catalog?

  We do not provide an online catalog that allows you to check products in advance.
  You can choose the kimono you would like to rent from the ones on display in the store on the day.

• Is it possible to store my luggage?

  For storing luggage, we provide one zippered bag measuring 40cm x 25cm x 47cm for each person.
  If it fits in the box, we will keep it for free and return it to you when you return the kimono.
  We cannot store valuables, so please be sure to bring them with you when you depart.
