振袖の持ち込み着付けプランです！

お持ち込み振袖のお着付けさせていただきます。着付けに必要な物は、すべて揃えてお持込みください。不足品があった場合、有料での販売やレンタルも可能ですが返却時間は17:30までとなります。お着物のパッケージ、タグ、しつけがついている場合は、予めご自宅でしつけをとってからお持ち込みください。また事前郵送のご相談は、カスタマーセンター（03-6744-6725 受付時間:9:00-1800）までご連絡ください。事前相談の無い郵送物に関しては、受取拒否をする場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。

お持ち込み振袖のお着付けさせていただきます。
着付けに必要なものは、すべて揃えてお持ち込みください。

Notes

If any items are missing, they can be purchased or rented for a fee, but the return time is 5:30 PM.

If the kimono still has packaging, tags, or lining, please lining it up at home before bringing it in.

If you have any questions about advance mailing, please contact our customer center (03-6744-6725, reception hours: 9:00-18:00).
Please note that we may refuse to accept any mail sent without prior consultation.

Can I use it on the day?
If there is availability, you can make a reservation on the day. You can make a reservation up to 30 minutes before your arrival time using the reservation form on our official website.
Please rest assured that if you need to use the service at the last minute, we will contact you by phone.
Can I add options on the day?
Options can be added on the day of your visit without prior reservation.
Please come and see the items in person and choose the one you like best on the day.
If you have paid in advance, please pay only the difference in price before departure on the day of your trip.
Is it possible to store my luggage?
For storing luggage, we provide one zippered bag measuring 40cm x 25cm x 47cm for each person.
If it fits in the box, we will keep it for free and return it to you when you return the kimono.
We cannot store valuables, so please be sure to bring them with you when you depart.
I've become unwell.
If you cancel due to illness, an emergency, or other reasons, we will consider it a cancellation due to your own circumstances and charge you a cancellation fee.
If it is on the day of your rental reservation, you can change your reservation only if the transfer details have been decided.
