The flow of the day and an honest account of the timing.
The estimated times are based on official responses received from each store.

The busiest time is between 11 and 12 AM. During peak seasons such as cherry blossom season, fireworks season, autumn foliage season, and New Year's, please allow an extra 15 minutes. Coming first thing in the morning will allow you to leave as soon as possible. Men and children will be finished 15 to 30 minutes faster than women because they don't need to spend time on hair styling.
Please return it by 5:30 PM on the same day.
It's okay if you don't make it.

Whether it's a day for eating on the go or a rainy day.

When renting a kimono for the first time, price and rental time aren't the only things that matter.
You will only be allowed to wear one garment that has been meticulously cared for.
Wearing something someone else has worn... I understand that this might be a little concerning for some people. VASARA has its own maintenance department, and specialized staff inspect each of our approximately 30,000 kimonos and accessories one by one. Stain removal is also done in-house, and only items that have been confirmed to be clean are displayed in our stores.
The kimono dressing service is handled by staff who have passed an eight-stage selection process.
Only staff members who have honed their skills and speed through our unique training program, "VASARA Academy," and passed our 8-level skill evaluation, are allowed to dress you in kimono. We strive to create a beautiful, comfortable, and long-lasting kimono that fits your body perfectly, ensuring it stays in place even after a full day of walking.

On such an important day, you don't want to make any mistakes.
Weddings, shrine visits for newborns, Shichi-Go-San celebrations—the most important thing when choosing formal attire is its "status." Before discussing price, let's start with how to choose the right outfit.
First, let's start with a free viewing.
Formal attire is best chosen after seeing the actual garments, trying them on, and discussing them with your family. VASARA offers free viewings, and you can reserve any kimonos you like. For those who find it difficult to visit in person, we also offer Zoom viewings (daily from 13:00 to 16:00). You can take home photos of the kimonos you viewed during your viewing via LINE (coming soon). You can then use them directly to discuss with your family.
