店員服務很好，很貼心！

The staff are pro kimono / yukata dresser. They were so fast and neat when dressing me yukata and making my hair. They can also speak basic English too. For the best experience, I suggest you paying a little more for accessories (like adding one more flower, doing hair) because they will make you much prettier than just ones included in the package. I believe it is worth your money more when you dress nicely and take a lot of pictures. Please note that your selection process may take time (dressing doesn't take long), I suggest sparing around one hour for the whole process, selection since finish).

I visited VASARA Kyoto on the 28th June and their service is just outstanding!!

I was clueless at first on which yukata to pick and they thoroughly helped me choose which yukata fits me best and which accessories to match with it! They were really attentive throughout the time and put in alot of effort and time choosing with me.

The experience of them dolling me up felt really great ?? Especially their happy expressions and encouraging words while dressing me up.

Even though it was raining that day and I didn't manage to take as much pictures, I still enjoyed my whole experience with them. It was a great first experience dressing up in a yukata!

I booked through Klook app. The staff was friendly and nice. The sign at the entrance said English is available but only basic communication is possible so better to use a translator like Papago or Google. If you can communicate what you want in hair styling, they will support you as much as they can.
It was great experience to me in Kyoto. Thanks.

The staff were super nice and patient with getting my Yukata on. As someone who’s gonna stay in Japan for a year to study, I enjoyed the experience a lot! I felt amazing in the Yukata and I wish I could’ve worn it longer.
