Adachi Fireworks

The Adachi Fireworks Festival is one of the first large-scale fireworks displays to arrive in Tokyo during the summer.
Held annually in late July on the Arakawa River embankment, this event is a popular attraction and kicks off Tokyo's major fireworks displays. It features an overwhelming sense of speed and high-density spectacle, with approximately 15,000 fireworks launched in just one hour, creating a breathtaking and spectacular program.
Sitting on the wide, sloping riverbank and leisurely gazing up at the fireworks, you can experience the spectacular display with your whole body, making it a quintessential summer tradition in Tokyo.
