We are now releasing an "online preview" service that allows customers who live far away from the store they plan to use or who are unable to visit the store to preview the kimonos available at each store from the comfort of their own home.
In particular, formal attire is worn on special occasions.
Even if you can't make time to come to the store to look at the kimono, you can still see our actual stock of kimonos.
Please consult with Basara's dresser directly regarding size and coordination.
We want you to feel at ease on the day.

ご利用方法・流れ：
①全国共通コールセンター（03-5577-5882）にご連絡をいただき、オンライン下見のご予約をお願いいたします。
＊ご利用予定店舗、着物の種類（プラン）・サイズ・オンライン下見のご希望日程等の必要事項をお伺いいたします。
②お電話後、メールにてZoomのルーム情報をお伝えいたしますので、お時間になりましたらご入室ください。
③ご利用予定のVASARA店舗の着付師が、カメラ越しに店内在庫のご紹介とコーディネートのご提案をさせていただきます。（所要時間：約30分）
④当日着用される着物が決まりましたら、コールセンターより改めて内容のご確認のメールをお送りいたしますので、オンライン決済もしくは銀行振込でのお支払いをお願いいたします。お支払いが確認次第、ご予約が完了いたします。
